.Full Service Catering.........................
* 1 server per 25 people
* Complete set-up and clean-up unless the customer has different instructions
* There is not a minimum number of hours for full service catering.
* We will maintain the buffet and make sure that your leftovers are condensed as much as possible.
* If there is equipment that needs to be borrowed, it will be delivered promptly and clean by the next business day to Malia's Kitchen. If it is not clean, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.
* For full service catering there will be a deposit made one week prior to the event. The deposit will be 1/2 the total food bill (excluding service).
* Paper products are not included in our prices, however they are available for a small fee.
* There are no hidden charges with our full service catering.
*If you do not need full service catering, we also offer a simple drop-off & set-up which would include a small delivery fee (based on location).
*Do you just need a few items for your event? We can also have your order ready to just simply be picked up at our restaurant at your convenience.
